On the last moment before leaving Chennai on my official visit, I bought this book, but my travel mate took the book for reading on the flight.
The very next day, I started reading the book. Experience after reading 30 pages: I was eager to complete the book.
Regardless, the content of this book is based on the real-life experiences of a CEO who joined a small, growing company in India despite having good opportunities in the West with a high salary. He joined and eventually retired as the CEO of that company, and throughout this long journey, the company became one of the largest IT-enabled service providers in the market.
What one can find in this book: A young job seeker will learn about making the right decisions regarding jobs, marriage, and taking on challenges. A young engineer will discover how to interact with potential clients and adopt new technologies.
It is a must-read for any new entrepreneur. It is also highly recommended for software engineers. The story beautifully represents the expansion of the IT market and the adoption of new technologies and solutions. One can find insights on design strategy, industry collaboration, and the importance of R&D in every sector of technology and business toward progress.
